About Lyndsey

Hi there! I'm Lyndsey, your friendly neighborhood, "fun auntie." I have no kiddos of my own, but I love spending time with my nephew and my friends' little ones. My caregiving experience includes supporting families with young children, school aged children, and individuals with disabilities of all ages and abilities. As a result of my previous jobs, which include several full-time positions serving the disability community, I am a trained Direct Support Professional (DSP) and have experience providing personal care (feeding, toileting, etc.), transportation, coaching, and emotional support. My work experience also includes leading park district programs for crafting, photography, and athletics as well as teaching art fundamentals. I currently work full-time as a remote consultant for a software company and have flexibility with my schedule. Ideally, I'd like to find a family that needs extra assistance during after-school or evening hours and some weekends if needed.
