About Samantha

Hi there! My name is Sam! I am a very outgoing and high-energy person. I started directly working with children about 5 years ago as a church’s nursery coordinator on Sundays. I oversaw the proper caring and attending to 3 months- toddlers for the 2 years I was in this role. Following that, I worked as a weekly babysitter for 3 children ages 3-8. I specially have experience working with twins! Though I have worked with babies and toddlers, my sweet spot are children who have a little bit more independence and want to engage in conversation and play! (Around ages 4-14). As of May 2024, I finished a Masters degree in communication studies in GA, where I’m from. I’ve been in the area now about a month and have loved it thus far! I work as a part time barista at a local coffee shop in Amherst and am just hoping to work as a part- time / occasional babysitter.
