Hello! My name is Pamela, I am a 22 year old caregiver, and i'm very excited to be reaching out to you! My passion for nurturing the growth of young minds and my positive experiences in babysitting led me to become a dedicated and experienced childcare provider. I believe in creating a sate, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children to thrive. I have previously worked in childcare facilities for 3 years, to which required me to have professional trainings on developmental methods, redirection strategies, professional diapering procedures, and creating curriculum activities based on the children's ages. I am also CPR/ first aid certified! With three years of experience, I am comfortable caring for multiple children at a time and I'm well-equipped to handle any situation that may arise. My calm and patient demeanor allows me to effectively communicate with children and address their needs. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day, using their preferred method of communication. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules while still maintaining a positive and nurturing environment. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I am also fluent in both English and Spanish.
