Hello my name is Nicholas B I’m 22 years old and currently a graduate student at USC studying Civil Engineering. As a babysitter / nanny I am committed to culminating a safe and comforting environment. I do have 1 1/2 years of experience working with children in grades k-6th. As a Youth Leader for the LEARN After School Program from May 2020 to November 2021, I was dedicated to ensuring the safety and active engagement of students from kindergarten to third grade. I led various academic and recreational activities, offering instruction and homework assistance while serving as a positive role model. My role also involved maintaining program sites and effectively communicating with stakeholders, all while adhering to program policies and taking on additional assigned duties. This experience honed my leadership, instructional, and communication skills, fostering a supportive and enriching environment for young learners.
