About Cierra

Hello! My name is Cierra and I am a third year undergraduate student studying Social Work, Business, and Data Analytics. I have been working with children for 8 years on both a volunteer and paid basis, as well as inside and outside of the classroom. I am also currently CPR certified through the American Heart Association. Your child's safety is my #1 priority. Not only is this physical safety, but emotional safety as well. Any caretaker in a child's life has a great impact on their health and development, and I believe that the responsibility to care for any child, for any amount of time is to be viewed as a great responsibility. To make the child's experience as seamless and comforting as possible, it is my priority to learn and implement your families routines and expectations while caring for your child. Any turbulent emotional situations, child frustrations, or moments of friction will be documented and shared with the parent in order to assure transparency throughout the babysitting process.
